Position Summary As a part‑time Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and visibility of our firm. You will be responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day marketing activities, maintaining our digital presence, and ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels. You will also collaborate closely with our Director of Business Development and the business development team to execute campaigns, support events, and promote marketing materials that strengthen our client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Managing updates to the company website and ensuring content is current and accurate.

Scheduling and monitoring posts across social media platforms.

Designing and distributing email campaigns, including invitations to events and client communications.

Designing and implementing marketing communication regarding our Residential Real Estate, new Estate Planning and Commercial Real Estate initiatives.

Coordinating the production of printed materials, signage, and other collateral to support business development efforts.

Assisting with logistics and promotional materials for events and client gatherings.

Working with the Director of Business Development to maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools preferred; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Experience managing and lightly updating websites (WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, detail‑oriented, and collaborative with a proactive mindset.

Able to work in an office and travel to other locations or events as needed.

Work Location This position is an onsite role based at our Greenville, SC office.
