We are growing fast and looking for a Customer Marketing Lead to join our team. Mission

The Customer Marketing Manager will be the first dedicated hire to build and run our customer marketing function. Reporting into the Head of Demand Generation and Segment Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and execution of programs that maximize customer lifetime value—driving expansion, retention, and advocacy at scale. This role is highly cross‑functional, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to launch impactful campaigns, build a customer advocacy engine, collaborate on all customer‑facing communications, and create a scalable customer reference program. Drive expansion and retention

Launch cross‑sell and up‑sell campaigns across email, in‑app, and events. Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve product adoption. Contribute to measurable increases in expansion ARR and retention. Build customer advocacy at scale

Launch and manage a formal advocacy program. Develop case studies, testimonials, reviews, and customer‑led webinars. Recruit and grow a base of engaged customer advocates. Collaborate with CX on the customer marketing calendar

Help plan and manage newsletters, support product updates, events, and advocacy campaigns. Maintain a balanced cadence of educational vs. promotional communications. Increase engagement rates across all customer communications. Launch and scale a reference program

Build a customer reference database and support Sales with qualified advocates. Ensure high‑priority deals are supported with timely references. Track, recognize, and reward customer reference participation. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success

Align messaging and adoption campaigns with new product launches. Partner with CS to identify expansion opportunities and customer stories. Ensure every major launch includes coordinated customer communications and advocacy elements. Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation. Proven track record building and scaling customer marketing programs that drive expansion and retention. Strong background in campaign management across email, in‑app, and events. Experience launching customer advocacy and/or reference programs. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success. Strong communicator with exceptional writing and storytelling skills. Data‑driven with experience measuring the impact of customer marketing programs. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build while also thinking strategically about scale. Benefits
