Senior SEM Manager
Location:
Remote (Europe preferred) What we’re looking for
Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run
global campaigns
across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand
ROAS and LTV tracking , and can scale
non‑eCommerce, subscription‑based apps
through performance‑first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over
cohorts , testing
landing pages , and pushing the edge of what SEM can do. Your profile
4+ years of hands‑on SEM experience Proven results driving paid search growth for
subscription‑based mobile apps Strong understanding of
cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV , and performance optimization Experience running campaigns in
languages other than English Fluency in
French, German, or Spanish
is a strong plus Experience with
global campaigns
across Tier 1 markets Comfortable with
Google Tag Manager ,
GA4 , and ideally
SQL Bonus: Experience with
landing page optimization / CRO What we offer
