Logistics Marketing & Agent Outreach Coordinator
Haulistic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Marketing & Agent Outreach Coordinator to join our Agent Recruiting team. This hybrid role combines marketing initiatives with outbound prospecting to support the growth of our Independent Sales Representative (ISR) and Station Owner programs. This individual will work with the Manager of Agent Recruiting to develop marketing strategies to strengthen our pipeline and brand presence as well as identify, engage, and onboard potential Agents and Station Owners.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or outreach
Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn marketing or social media content creation
Comfortable using Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms and tools
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Logistics or freight industry experience is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Awareness
Own the content calendar and posting strategies for Haulistic's LinkedIn page.
Create engaging, professional content including posts, graphics, and short videos that highlight our programs, success stories, and company culture.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance.
Collaborate with management and leadership to align posts and messaging with recruiting goals.
Stay current on LinkedIn trends and best practices to maximize visibility.
Promote brand recognition through ad campaigns and creating visual graphics.
Prospecting & Outreach
Identify and engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Send outbound messages weekly to qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule introductory calls for the Manager of Agent Recruiting.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups in CRM or tracking tools.
Research and reach out to logistics professionals and sales talent aligned with our programs.
What We Offer
Salary Range : $48,000 - $53,000
