Job Description Jerry Pair is seeking a Marketing Specialist eager to engage in all facets of marketing within the luxury interior design industry. This role supports marketing efforts across four brands under the Jerry Pair umbrella and requires a balance of creativity, “can‑do” attitude and technical savvy. The position involves a mix of e-commerce management, content creation, and digital strategy, ideal for someone who is eager to learn and wear multiple hats at a small company.
Desired Skills & Experiences Comfortable wearing multiple hats on a daily basis
Flexible and open minded, able to balance creative work and more routine based tasks
Familiarity with design and editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar)
Have a ‘good eye’ for aesthetics and an understanding of luxury branding
An understanding of social media trends and best practices
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a positive, can‑do attitude
Proactively manages priorities and sees projects through to completion
Interest in e‑commerce and merchandsing
Forward‑thinking and creative strategic approach
Basic Excel knowledge
Interest in interior design/architecture, design, or luxury goods
2-4 years of relevant experience in Branding, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Social Media, or a related field
Key Responsibilities Website / Shopify Management (30%) Upload new products to the website, ensuring all data is accurate and properly tagged.
Maintain existing product listings and remove discontinued items.
Clean and organize import files for product uploads.
Prior e‑commerce experience is not required; however, the ideal candidate is highly organized, quick to learn new processes, and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Graphic Design & Creative (30%) Design and schedule weekly email campaigns and print materials.
Collaborate on campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Content Curation & Social Media (30%) Capture and produce engaging photo and video content for digital channels.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Assist in managing a digital content library (DAM) for future use.
Experience with paid social ads is a plus.
Strategy, Analytics & Research (10%) Update client databases and marketing lists.
Track and interpret website and social media analytics.
Research new marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
