Location: Pittsburgh, PennsylvaniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $110,000 - 130,000 per yearThis is a high-autonomy, hands-on operator role for a seasoned performance marketing expert within a fast-growing, 8-figure revenue DTC ecommerce brand specializing in the pet/dog food industry. The company is seeking an individual to take full command of its paid growth engine across major channels (primarily Meta, Google, and YouTube), with the explicit goal of driving measurable EBITDA (profitability).The ideal candidate must be deeply obsessed with core performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and be capable of both defining the strategy and executing the work (account rebuilds, daily optimizations, and reporting).
