This person should have a knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration, and have a strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination. Candidates should have experience working on commercial ground‑up projects. Why You Should Be Interested Hybrid Work Environment: Start in office for first 6 months then switch to hybrid (4-6 days a month remote) Minority/Woman Owned Firm: Teams with larger firms on big projects Benefits: 2 weeks of PTO, standard sick time, and 8 paid holidays (3 weeks of PTO after 3 years with firm) Healthcare: This company pays 100% of premium for employee’s medical, vision, and dental insurance Job Duties Manage, review, and produce SD, DD and CD documents for projects of varying sizes/types Perform construction administration duties Participate in setting office graphic and construction standard(s) Influence and help guide the firm culture Qualifications NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer in a firm Strong knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration Strong knowledge of the commercial construction, zoning and building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems Strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination Strong knowledge and experience in Revit Competence with AutoCAD, Sketchup Hand drawing skills, Lumion and BIM experience and AutoCAD experience is a plus Experience or interest in supporting marketing (RFP, RFQ, presentations, etc.) efforts is a plus Authorized to work in the U.S. Work Environment: This company is based in Downtown Denver. They are a small firm that focuses on PK‑12 schools, master plans, and commercial projects. They primarily like to focus on work that serves the community. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
