Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-10 years of experience to support SD, DD, and CD for commercial projects. This person should have a knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration, and have a strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination. Candidates should have experience working on commercial ground-up projects.

Job Duties
Manage, review, and produce SD, DD and CD documents for projects of varying sizes/types
Perform construction administration duties
Participate in setting office graphic and construction standard(s)
Influence and help guide the firm culture
Qualifications
NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer in a firm
Strong knowledge of the design process, construction documentation and construction administration
Strong knowledge of the commercial construction, zoning and building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
Strong knowledge of material, detailing, and systems coordination
Strong knowledge and experience in Revit
Competence with AutoCAD, SketchUp
Hand drawing skills, Lumion and BIM experience; AutoCAD experience is a plus
Experience or interest in supporting marketing (RFP, RFQ, presentations, etc.) efforts is a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S.

This company is based in Downtown Denver. They are a small firm that focuses on PK‑12 schools, master plans, and commercial projects. They primarily like to focus on work that serves the community.

Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $38.00/hr.
