Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute Wally’s Natural’s marketing strategy across retail, digital, and promotional channels. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing—managing everything from creative development to campaign analytics and retail activation—to drive measurable results: increasing awareness, improving sell‑through, and growing loyalty across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Own the annual marketing roadmap, aligning brand initiatives with sales and product launch goals.
Ensure cohesive brand voice and storytelling across packaging, digital, and retail channels.
Champion Wally’s Natural’s mission and values in every campaign and partnership.
Develop and execute cross‑channel campaigns that drive awareness and sales growth.
Lead creative concepting, content development, and digital asset production.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.
Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, engagement) to optimize campaigns in real time and report monthly KPIs to the CEO.
Partner with Sales and Brokers to execute retailer‑specific promotions and co‑op campaigns.
Review and optimize Walmart, Amazon, and other online listings for accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to align marketing timelines with production schedules and launch plans.
Manage agency and freelance relationships; mentor junior marketing team members.
Stay ahead of marketing trends, digital innovations, and new media opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing, ideally within CPG, wellness, or beauty.
Proven success leading multi‑channel campaigns and managing marketing budgets.
Strong analytical skills—confident with metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and SEO.
Exceptional communication, organization, and project leadership skills.
Creative thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, or similar retail platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or creative briefing processes.
Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or brand ambassador programs.
