We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing and Sales organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute PR strategies, event initiatives, and brand-driven campaigns that elevate our company’s presence across the industry.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for public relations, events, and integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the development and execution of PR strategies, campaign planning, and event coordination

  • Manage and execute assigned projects with accuracy, organization, and attention to deadlines

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Operations team to integrate PR initiatives with customer promotions

  • Monitor industry news, market trends, and competitive activities; share relevant insights with sales and marketing teams

  • Coordinate industry events, trade shows, user group meetings, and related logistics—including scheduling appointments at major trade shows

  • Support brand promotion efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging and visibility

  • Assist with developing KPIs and measurement strategies for PR campaigns

Requirements
