Web Developer (Hybrid)

Primary Location: Richmond, Virginia

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Web Developer for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia.

Education & Experience

• Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies, particularly Angular or React; 5+ years experience.
• Back‑end experience in Java; 5+ years experience.
• API Development: building and consuming RESTful APIs (Java/Spring, etc.); 5+ years experience.
• SQL proficiency with complex query writing and basic optimization; 5+ years experience.
• Full software development lifecycle with Agile/Scrum; 5+ years experience.
• Git and version control workflows; 5+ years experience.
• Problem‑solving and debugging across the stack; 5+ years experience.
• Highly desired: prior Tax or financial technology experience; 2+ years.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications.
• Implement new features and enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Review and contribute to technical designs.
• Ensure applications meet functional specifications and performance requirements.
