$70.00/yr - $80.00/yr

Job Summary (UX Designer – Onsite, Spring, TX)

• Design innovative, research-based UX solutions for complex technical problems in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Create user-focused designs using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Translate research findings into effective, elegant user interfaces and workflows.
• Work as part of a highly-collaborative team of UX designers and researchers.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional groups.
• Contribute to and help define technical design standards and language.
• Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing project priorities and business needs.
• Advocate for best design practices and processes within the organization.
• Gain deep understanding of Oil & Gas industry challenges and user needs.
• Required: Minimum 3 years’ UX design experience or a relevant advanced degree; experience designing web/desktop applications; Agile team experience; Oil & Gas industry experience; local to Houston/Spring, TX; must provide LinkedIn profile.
