Responsibilities

• Discover and define customer problems using data and research, then design thoughtful, measurable solutions that truly make an impact.
• Lead or support early‑stage user research—understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points—and partner with researchers to conduct usability testing that validates and improves your designs.
• Map out end‑to‑end product experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly show how features connect across the ecosystem.
• Present your design thinking and recommendations to cross‑functional partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders, gathering feedback and building alignment.
• Work closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure your designs are scalable, high‑quality, and executed with intention.
• Oversee UX design production in alignment with brand and design system standards, emphasizing consistency, clarity, and scalability.
• Champion user‑centered thinking throughout the organization, influencing product direction with insights and empathy.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and launching successful user‑centered products; experience with membership‑based experiences is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional UX experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self‑directed—able to plan, structure, and deliver work with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality.
• A proactive advocate for users and their needs.
