Lead or support early‑stage user research—understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points—and partner with researchers to conduct usability testing that validates and improves your designs. Map out end‑to‑end product experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly show how features connect across the ecosystem. Present your design thinking and recommendations to cross‑functional partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders, gathering feedback and building alignment. Work closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure your designs are scalable, high‑quality, and executed with intention. Oversee UX design production in alignment with brand and design system standards, emphasizing consistency, clarity, and scalability. Champion user‑centered thinking throughout the organization, influencing product direction with insights and empathy. Qualifications Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Demonstrated experience designing and launching successful user‑centered products; experience with membership‑based experiences is a plus. 3+ years of professional UX experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self‑directed—able to plan, structure, and deliver work with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality. A proactive advocate for users and their needs. Top 3 Must‑Have Skills A strategic UX leader and independent thinker.
