About the Team
The UX Research team is part of Stripe’s Design team and works across product and marketing initiatives to deliver products and experiences that fulfill user needs. We conduct primary research and enable others at Stripe (engineers, product managers, designers, marketers, and operations) to learn and apply research skills to global problems. As a Staff UX Researcher, you will be dedicated to the Payments team and collaborate directly with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams. You will work on rich problem spaces such as understanding users’ preferences and the needs of payments routing to evolve Stripe Orchestration, and shaping products to help businesses optimize payment margins.
