Job Description
SE10, a global PR and communications agency, is looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, ideally based in Chicago, but we are open to applications for across the U.S. The person will oversee social media strategy and execution for clients across the U.S. and beyond, with an anchor account in the technology segment. We are looking for someone who can bring exciting technologies to life, making the complex simple and producing engaging content that resonates across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager will be the principal client contact, working closely with other Account Team members.

Responsibilities
Create and lead tailored social media strategies according to client needs, and tailored to tech/industrial/engineering sectors.
Manage day-to-day content planning and development, posting, community management and more.
Responsible for configuring paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Responsible for PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including search, display and video.
Prepare program/campaign planning documents including client pitches, meeting minutes, training manuals, editorial calendars, etc.
Monitor and gain understanding of the latest techniques to drive results online.
Act as a liaison in a professional and positive manner, between SE10, the client and outsider vendors (photographers, videographers etc.) and, when needed, other internal and external audiences (client employees, media groups, interest groups etc).
Coordinate work with colleagues across the U.S. and globally, ensuring synergy and consistency
Assess campaign results through regular reporting, with insights and benchmarking to show performance vs KPIs and refine strategies based on data.
Assist with new business development
Requirements
Between 4-8 years’ working experience, preferably in a digital, social media or PR agency environment; or in a communication capacity at a corporation or similar organisation.
The curiosity to anticipate customers’ and the agency’s needs, and create effective solutions.
Team and account management experience.
Self-motivated team player who is inquisitive.
Experience building audiences, distributing budget to platforms, keyword research and bidding strategies.
Knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, software to schedule organic content.
Experience with different campaign types: brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Ability to analyze and understand data to provide useful insights to optimize clients’ digital strategies.
Experience with influencer marketing, including scouting influencers and negotiating deals for collaborations. Understanding of SEO techniques to optimise websites.
Ability to handle multiple assignments while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Experience translating technical or complex content into compelling social media campaigns.
Ability to meet deadlines and goals through a focused and strategic approach.
Comfortable leading client status calls, running project trackers and drafting meeting minutes.
Confident networker with the drive to help the company grow by developing and maintaining relationships.
Bonus Requirements
Working knowledge of video creation, production and editing.
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and an understanding of how to install tags on websites to track results.
