A growing environmental design and landscape company is seeking an aproactive, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, content organization, and CRM management. This organization partners with municipalities, developers, and community groups to build sustainable, native Texas landscapes and they need someone who can help tell that story while keeping marketing systems organized and effective.
This role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative environment, and the chance to contribute to impactful, sustainability-focused projects.
About the Role This part-time contract position blends creativity with analytics. You’ll support social media reporting, inbound lead management, photo coordination, and CRM data accuracy while working closely with business development, sales, field teams, and external creative partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor social media channels; track and report engagement analytics
Coordinate with field teams and photography partners to collect and organize project photos
Maintain a centralized repository for marketing assets and collateral
Create and update simple marketing materials (digital + print) using Canva or Adobe tools
Enter inbound leads into the CRM; ensure data accuracy and completeness
Review CRM metrics and support the sales team with reporting and lead tracking
Generate CRM-based outreach and performance reports (no sales duties)
Support PR or media coordination for high-visibility projects
Contribute to messaging that reflects the organization’s mission and environmental impact
Must-Have Experience
2–4 years in marketing coordination, communications, or similar roles
Social media management + reporting experience
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with content organization and simple design work
Clear communication skills and strong organizational abilities
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in environmental, municipal, construction, or sustainability-focused marketing
PR or press coordination experience
Analytical mindset with interest in continuous improvement
