Digital Marketing Contractor

Location:

100% remote but must work CST hours

Duration:

20 weeks

Compensation:

$50 / Hour

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday (8 AM-5PM CST)

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Role Summary Manage and optimize the company’s website, SEO strategy, analytics, and digital tools to ensure performance, compliance, and user experience.

Core Responsibilities

Website & CMS:

Oversee WordPress updates, multilingual content (English/Spanish), mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO compliance. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain site hygiene.

SEO:

Lead technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, and performance monitoring. Support paid search pilots.

Analytics:

Manage dashboards (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Databox), produce reports, and provide insights for campaigns and A/B tests.

Digital Tools:

Maintain WordPress, WP Engine, Popl, and tracking systems; ensure HITRUST/HIPAA compliance.

Content Publishing:

Optimize and publish web content for SEO and UX; oversee Spanish localization.

Collaboration:

Work with IT, Product, Growth, and Communications on integrations, campaigns, and technical workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or SEO.

Advanced WordPress and technical SEO expertise.

Strong analytics, communication, and project management skills.

Familiarity with accessibility and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
