Position Summary G&G is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to help amplify our brand voice and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies that engage our employees, inform our clients, and elevate our presence in the industry. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and key departments to craft compelling content, manage communications calendars, and ensure our messaging aligns with G&G’s mission to deliver exceptional service through innovation and transparency. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, blogs, announcements, and executive messaging and presentations.

Coordinate the production and distribution of internal content, such as employee newsletters, intranet posts, and company updates.

Assist in organizing events, such as company-wide meetings, company-sponsored partnered events, employee engagement events, and media briefings.

Maintain and update content across communication channels, including websites, intranet, social media, and email platforms.

Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communication materials.

Maintain media and stakeholder contact lists and assist with media relations activities.

Monitor media coverage and compile regular media and communications reports.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, SharePoint, or similar platforms).

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
