Job Summary The Social Media Coordinator (Bilingual) will manage and grow Elk Grove Power Sports’ online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to engage a diverse customer base and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling
Develop and publish engaging posts (text, images, videos) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Translate and localize content for English and Spanish audiences.
Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly in both languages.
Build relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Collaboration
Work closely with sales and service teams to promote promotions, events, and inventory updates.
Coordinate with management to align social media strategy with business goals.
Trend Monitoring
Stay current on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to boost engagement.
Qualifications
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience:
1–2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
Basic photo/video editing skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
