That requires someone who’s hungry, curious, and ready to get their hands dirty.
You will work side-by-side with our CEO. You’ll be involved in marketing and sales decisions, get full transparency into the business, and learn the core systems that have kept DTC in the top tier of SEO and paid media agencies for years.
You’ll handle everything from writing a newsletter to joining the CEO at a networking lunch to running a first-call qualification. It’s a high-leverage role for someone who wants to accelerate their career, learn fast, and help power the lead engine behind an elite agency.

What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the CEO on all lead generation and sales efforts
Take first calls, qualify prospects, build decks, run pitches, and own follow-ups
Create marketing assets that reflect the DTC voice, from newsletters to landing pages to case studies
Promote the DTC brand across content, email, social, partnerships, and PR
Work with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to produce the assets they need to win
Conduct competitive and market research to sharpen our targeting
Jump into networking events and partner meetings with confidence

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated marketing or sales execution experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with WordPress, analytics platforms, email tools, and CRM software
Ability to manage multiple projects without losing accuracy
Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and understanding performance metrics
Bonus Skills
Basic graphic design
Simple video editing
GA4 and Search Console
Strong aesthetic sense for decks and presentations
