The ideal candidate will have sales/customer service experience or have a real estate, leasing, and client care background, and will have the ability to multitask and solve problems. Our candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office and Google Suite are required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, complete tasks daily, joyfully serve others, and share our belief that people come first. Responsibilities
Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs while providing world‑class service
Primary duties include follow‑ups, cold calling, e‑mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
Establish a prosperous and long‑term real estate career by supporting, generating referrals, and learning from other team members
Availability to host team open houses
Qualifications
Current Real Estate License with ideally 1 million in past sales and at least 1-year minimum experience in the real estate industry
Grit, determination, and being a great team player
Thrives in a true team environment
Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
Organized, resourceful, detail‑oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly, and love meeting new people
Forward‑thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
Compensation $75,000 - $115,000 yearly
