Responsibilities
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License One year of work experience in real estate Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation
