**About the Role:**This integral role will focus on building brand love through creator efforts, while building trust with clients and partnering with internal teams to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs. **Responsibilities of the Role:**Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns, exhibiting strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce brand safe high-quality, channel-appropriate content for both internal and external audiencesExperience collaborating across key paid media channels to amplify influencer content through boosting and/or affiliate integration
**Qualifications and Skills Required**3-5 years in an Influencer Marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns in an agency or a non-agency setting6+ years of experience within Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media Strategy Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns with experience collaborating across key paid media channels to amplify influencer content through boosting and/or affiliate integrationMeasurement-minded with a strong understanding of the performance metrics widely used and available data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metricsExperience with a wide variety activating across social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch), 360 campaigns inclusive of experiential and/or alternative talent media touch points
