Job Description The ACD (Copy) leads social-first creative ideation and execution for global retail chain’s fashion content, partnering with the ACD (Art) to shape culturally resonant ideas. This role guides and mentors the Senior Copywriter, collaborates across production and marketing, and ensures all content feels social-first and on brand. The ACD (Copy) balances strategy and execution, maintains high standards of quality, and builds trust with cross-functional partners.

Lead concept development and copy direction

Guide messaging across campaigns

Stay attuned to cultural trends influencing tone and storytelling

Define and champion Style's voice on social

Foster team development and positive relationships

Operate fluidly between strategy and execution

Present work and articulate creative rationale

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a writer in related fields

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Creative Writing, or related field

Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role

Strong technical abilities and leadership skills

Portfolio demonstrating concept development and brand social-first content

Ability to guide creative work and mentor junior talent

Deep understanding of social platforms, storytelling, and cultural trends

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack
