is seeking a full-time CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join an established Marketing team. This is an in-office position working in the corporate office in Aurora, NE. Key Responsibilities
Manages the customer relationship management system to improve customer interactions, streamline processes and increase sales and engagement with prospects. Executes and optimizes CRM campaigns and workflows, such as email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Works within HubSpot to design, test and launch campaigns, as well as to track and measure results. Collaborates with marketing team members for content, design, form and web development to create and deliver engaging and personalized customer experiences on company platforms. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related experience preferred or 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience. Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar customer relationship management software. Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Experience in copywriting. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
