Mid-Level Systems Design & Integration Specialist

to join the team in

New Orleans, LA. Position Responsibilities

Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems Provides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems Administers users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance Works close with vendor management Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics 3 years of experience handling complex CI/CD pipeline orchestration for Windows applications Experience troubleshooting hardware and software systems Experience with Windows application integration, repackaging, and lifecycle management Experience with vendor management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience with IT operations automation on the Windows platform Safety Sensitive
