Overview This is a temporary position beginning on or about January 5, 2026 through on or about September 30, 2026 and payrolled through a 3rd Party Provider.

This temporary Digital Marketing Manager is an integral partner developing, engaging, and monetizing direct/digital relationships with fans and growing our fan base.At the intersection of digital marketing, content, paid media, and commercial marketing, this role is a collaborative and flexible team member who will shape processes while supporting and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns. This role is both strategic and hands-on, equal parts creative and analytical, an excellent communicator and storyteller, and strong partner to cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for key marketing moments and events across email, app, push, website, and partner channels - ensuring smooth delivery of multi-channel campaigns

Assist in building digital marketing plans that align with League-wide priorities, including digital engagement opportunities, consumer products, and commercially focused initiatives

Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking, compiling data, creating recaps, and identifying actionable takeaways for future optimization

Accurately fulfill operational requests tied to marketing campaigns and sponsorship commitments

Maintain brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints

Execute day-to-day tactical marketing tasks including project management, asset trafficking, copywriting support, and QA

Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

5+ years of experience required in integrated, brand, or digital marketing, with 2+ years of experience translating brand strategy into insight-led, data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans

Consumer marketing experience required; subscription, media, or sports experience preferred

Strong collaborator with experience working across departments and stakeholders

Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

High‑level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment

Demonstrated decision making and problem‑solving skills

High attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Desired

Knowledge of the Spanish Language a plus

Knowledge of the sport of soccer

Ability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Total Rewards

Starting compensation $36.00 - $41.00/hour; 40 hours/week. MLS/SUM compensation is contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
