Channel Marketing Specialist
Reports to Manager: Mktg & Communications Manager
Job Summary The Channel Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and partner programs that drive brand visibility, partner engagement, and sales growth. This role includes coordinating marketing campaigns, managing partner communications, and planning events such as trade shows, webinars, and partner training sessions on time, on budget, and on brand and message. It also assumes all responsibilities for communication to customers on matters of new products, pricing, and SKU revisions, including list creation and management, and establishes in‑house connections with customers, builds and strengthens relationships, and responds to various requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Channel Marketing Support – 60%
Collaborate with distributor, retail, and OEM channels to drive channel engagement in bringing Bostik’s brand voice and value to the market
Maintain and update partner portals with the latest marketing content and tools
Identify gaps in channel tools and collaborate with the marketing team to develop them
Support partner onboarding and training initiatives
Respond to partner inquiries and provide timely marketing support
Recommend and execute selected distributor branding program
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in the development and execution of channel marketing campaigns and promotions
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and sales enablement tools
Support product launches and partner communications across multiple platforms
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on campaign and event performance metrics
Monitor partner participation and engagement levels
Provide insights and recommendations for improving future initiatives
Event Execution – 20%
Plan and coordinate channel events including trade shows, partner summits, training sessions, and webinars
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
Track event budgets, timelines, and post‑event reporting including ROI analysis and feedback collection
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – 20%
Work closely with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives
Support the Marketing & Communication Manager in day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects
Minimum Qualifications And Education Required
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination with experience in the retail environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
Detail‑oriented with an eye for quality
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Able to effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate work within a team in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision and ever‑changing tasks
Must be able to act independently, while collaborating with a variety of internal and external teams
Leadership skills with experience and comfort in owning cross‑functional projects
Must be able to travel up to 25% of time
Physical Demands / Working Conditions Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
