In this position you will play a vital role owning the execution engine of our channel marketing strategy—leading campaigns, events, product launches, and distributor e-commerce growth while supporting 25–30 high-impact customers across the U.S. and Canada. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 U.S. Dollars per year. Specific salary may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Assist in developing quarterly BOGO programs and managing the full selection and approval process with both internal teams and distributor partners. Support the creation and approval of distributor marketing calendars and sales enablement plans aligned to defined channel strategies. Develop and execute distributor marketing activities—digital and traditional—through internal platforms and external partners with a high standard of delivery. Create custom sales collateral and coordinate sales training to support new product launches and ongoing sales enablement needs. Plan, coordinate, and attend distributor trade shows and events, ensuring seamless execution aligned to creative briefs. Act as an internal consultant to help create relevant content for distributor and end‑user marketing initiatives. Support ad‑hoc projects tied to channel marketing, sales enablement, and broader marketing team priorities. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience. 3+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade/Channel Marketing experience. Knowledge and experience with digital marketing required. Sales experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of how to effectively manage the relationship between manufacturer, distributor, and end‑users to influence results. A strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing. Experience in leveraging paid, owned, and earned media within marketing plans. Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators, both leading and lagging. Approximately 20% travel required for travel to meet with customers and to attend/host trade shows and customer events.
