Healthcare Marketing/Admissions Coordinator – Long Term Care
We’re seeking a reliable and dynamic Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team at Creative Solutions in Health Care. The role requires trustworthiness, consistency and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans, dedicating at least 24 hours per week calling or meeting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies.
Build community awareness by delivering presentations on long‑term care, aging and related topics to local community groups.
Facilitate admissions by conducting facility tours and managing the daily admissions process for prospective residents.
Provide reporting by preparing weekly reports to track progress and share updates as required.
Promote community relations by supporting internal initiatives to strengthen relationships and awareness within the local community.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing or community relations with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Excellent people skills, able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and through public speaking.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
Willingness to commit to extensive local travel to build and maintain community connections.
