Partner with hiring managers for targeted recruitment plans especially for hard-to-fill roles.
Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Develop passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, talent communities, and proactive outreach.
Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Represent the hospital at recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach programs.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Employer Branding & Social Media (50%)
Execute employer branding strategies that showcase company culture and values.
Create and manage engaging content for careers pages, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and job boards.
Collaborate to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity internally and externally.
Monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation on platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Launch social media campaigns to promote job openings, employee stories, and workplace culture.
Support internal initiatives that encourage employee advocacy and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field required in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field. Bachelors preferred.
2+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding preferred.
Strong understanding of active sourcing techniques and passive candidate engagement.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating compelling content.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, social media tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for building authentic brand experiences.
Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and analytics tools preferred.
Familiarity with SEO, paid social campaigns, and digital advertising preferred.
