Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type:

Direct Hire

Compensation:

$90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media

Oversee creation of marketing assets such as presentations, brochures, videos, and case studies

Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to generate qualified leads and support customer engagement

Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities

Track and analyze marketing performance for optimal ROI and campaign improvement

Manage external agencies for media buying and creative execution

Maintain consistent branding across all channels

Coordinate marketing activities with European team partners

Develop internal policies and procedures for the Marketing Department

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

3-5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within manufacturing, electrical equipment, or energy sectors

Strong command of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

Proven project management and leadership capabilities

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferred)

Multilingual ability—especially English/Spanish— is a plus

Non‑entry‑level: Must bring experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns
