What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead execution of channel and technical requirements for various patient engagement campaigns, ensuring effective communication and education
Collaborate with third‑party vendors for execution, proofing, and User Acceptance Testing of marketing materials
Develop project plans and manage multiple resources for timely and budget‑friendly delivery of projects
Respond to marketing requests and ensure successful project progression from conception to final product
Facilitate training and coordinate communications for provider‑facing field teams to enhance support for contracted providers and practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel marketing and project management
Proven experience working with vendors or in print/production or communications processes
High‑level familiarity with healthcare marketing communications or healthcare/PBM operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
3‑5 years of experience in direct mail, text messaging, print, email, and media campaigns
Project Management Certification
