What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead execution of channel and technical requirements for various patient engagement campaigns

Collaborate with third‑party vendors for project execution, proofing, and user acceptance testing

Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery

Respond to marketing requests and collaborate with internal and external partners

Facilitate training and coordinate communications for provider‑facing field teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma

Minimum of 2 years of channel marketing and project management experience

Proven experience working with vendors and print/production processes

High‑level familiarity with healthcare marketing communications or healthcare/PBM operations

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proven organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree

3–5 years of experience in direct mail, text messaging, print, email, and media

Project Management Certification
