United States Description: We are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead large-scale
design-build projects , including precast, tilt wall construction, and distribution facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring that all safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong project management and estimating skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee design-build projects from inception to closeout, coordinating across all disciplines. Prepare and manage
submittals , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and respond to
RFIs (Requests for Information) . Review and interpret
geo-technical reports . Provide
conceptual estimating
support in the early phases of projects. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and fiscal responsibility. Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Manage contracts, change orders, and all project documentation with precision and efficiency. Foster strong working relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients. Qualifications
Bachelors or Associates Degree in
Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
or equivalent work experience. Minimum
3+ years of experience
in construction project management/estimating, with proven skills in scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control. Required Experience: Design Build:
35 years RFIs:
2 years Submittals:
2 years Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
