We’re partnering with a premium denim and apparel brand to hire a
Digital Marketing Specialist . This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to deepen their expertise in paid media and performance marketing. The position reports to a Director of Digital Marketing and offers strong exposure to cross‑functional teams, agency partners, and multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day execution across paid marketing channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate/Rakuten, ShopMy, and influencer‑driven placements.
Manage full ad‑execution workflow: briefing creative, organizing assets coordinating with partners via Airtable, hitting launch deadlines, and QA’ing campaigns once live.
Work closely with external agency partners, building strong relationships and contributing proactive ideas to improve performance.
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying optimization opportunities and key action items.
Conduct weekly audits to ensure campaign accuracy and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update product feeds; partner with merchandising on ad‑inventory tracking.
Monitor competitive activity and stay ahead of digital marketing and paid‑media trends.
Collaborate regularly with E‑Commerce, Marketing, Brand/Creative, and Merchandising teams.
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in digital marketing (ideal for someone in their first or second role).
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with Paid Search and Paid Social preferred; Affiliate/Influencer experience is a plus.
Highly organized with strong project‑ and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Resourceful, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented; a strong team player.
Knowledge of current best practices and emerging digital trends.
This role is onsite 4 days/1 day WFH.
Pay: 70k DOE.
