We build performance apparel for athletes who lead with grit. We’re looking for a tech‑savvy, results‑driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to own our digital engine. You’ll take the lead on Klaviyo flows, paid ads, SEO, affiliate strategy, organic social operations and backend platform execution.
This is a highly operational role built for someone who thinks in flows, segments, and funnels. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Director and report directly to the Creative Director.
What You’ll Own:
Meta/Google ad strategy and performance tracking
Affiliate setup, tracking, and payouts
SEO, blog content, and long‑tail keyword growth
CRM segmentation and loyalty communications
Manage customer inquiries via web + social media channels
Support PR/media outreach (logistics, submissions)
You Might Be a Fit If:

You’ve managed ad budgets and scaled organic traffic
You’re organized, self‑motivated, and performance‑obsessed
You want to build the backend machine behind a growing athletic brand
