Overview
Workstyle: This is a remote position; to be eligible for hire, candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer. Reports to: CRM Marketing Manager
Travel expectations: Minimal travel, may include occasional trips for key meetings.
Physical requirements: Primarily sedentary, requires extended computer use. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

What we’re looking for
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in CRM or data‑driven marketing, focusing on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
Familiarity with CRM platforms: Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Understanding of AI leveraging for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
Basic knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
Demonstrated report‑pulling and data analysis skills to surface key insights.
Excellent communication, organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field is preferred.
What you’ll do
Campaign execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using the CRM platform.
Customer data management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profile data for accurate targeting.
Reporting and analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance data, and identify trends.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with Site and Sales teams on creative briefs and customer insights.
Testing agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests.

Timely delivery of campaign performance components and reporting.
Improved CRM targeting and segmentation strategies.

Compensation Salary range: $57,000–$65,000 annually, determined by experience and equity considerations.
