What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create, manage, and communicate the development workflow plan to keep all team members informed
Oversee the client’s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions and communications
Provide consultative support in finance, monitoring scope changes and overseeing invoicing processes
Act as the primary client contact for project status updates and financial reporting
Manage logistics for meetings and vendor relationships not associated with strategy and content
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism
1-3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business
Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes, including expert-level Datavision experience
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and a large number of staff members
Willingness to travel as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in medical communications, advertising, sales training, or digital production
Proactive leadership skills and the ability to anticipate and solve potential problems
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in coaching and mentoring team members
Familiarity with financial management and budget development in a service-based business
