What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage communications with team members regarding project information and status updates
Support the Client Services team in developing new business initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring successful implementation
Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with the Project Management team to identify potential issues
Facilitate the medical‑legal‑regulatory review process to ensure compliance with industry standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical agency accounts and project management
Direct client contact experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong planning, organizing, and detail‑oriented skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven teamwork and flexibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in pharmaceutical communications, healthcare, or medical fields
Familiarity with the medical‑legal‑regulatory (MLR) review process
Experience writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs
Hands‑on experience with clients’ online submission systems for regulatory reviews
Experience with pharmaceutical drug launches
