What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables
Support client services by managing projects, developing timelines, and identifying potential project roadblocks
Drive daily project activities, managing project scope and budgets
Coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts
Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance of promotional items
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising
Minimum of one year of practical work experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with direct client contact
Relevant internship experience in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Hands‑on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)
Experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry
Familiarity with writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs
