Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring quality control and alignment of deliverables Manage client project assignments, facilitating compliance with medical-legal-regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to develop timelines and monitor project progress Prepare and submit financial and forecasting reports, monitoring budgets and costs Provide regular status and financial updates to clients and participate in internal meetings to discuss project status What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, or communications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Willingness to travel up to 5% Experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
