Develop and execute strategies for the Cheese category to meet revenue and profit goals Conduct business analysis and monitor performance against KPIs to identify growth opportunities Lead cross-functional category teams and collaborate with various internal departments Oversee the commercialization of new initiatives and communicate project status to the organization Create effective selling and consumer promotional materials in collaboration with sales and marketing teams Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-packaged goods and/or natural foods company Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA preferred Experience with syndicated data including SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen Proven ability to build trust and lead cross-functional teams Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
