What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide results-driven project management for integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies.
Lead the day-to-day management of multi-channel campaigns and supervise the production process.
Develop complex mail strategies for multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
Maintain excellent client relations and serve as an effective client advocate during meetings.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including response rates and return on investment (ROI).
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 2 years of experience in consulting/agency direct mail fundraising, with a background in nonprofit, advocacy or political work.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in using fundraising software and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
Ability to think creatively to develop compelling fundraising content.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
