Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to join our team and create impactful marketing campaigns from beginning through completion. Along the creation journey this position will build and implement strategic tasks and projects aimed at raising awareness and consideration among B2B decision makers. This position is crucial in aiding our service and sales teams to retain and expand our customer base, secure new business opportunities, and consistently enhance Cintas’ value proposition for both current clients and potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities Messaging and Positioning
Craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of Cintas products and services to resonate with the B2B target audience.
Target Audience Segmentation
Define and segment key target audiences to develop highly focused marketing and/or sales campaigns.
Content Marketing Strategy
Create and manage a content calendar that includes valuable and engaging content such as whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, case studies, and email newsletters to attract and educate potential customers.
Campaign Development and Execution
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms like email, social media, paid advertising, and events to generate leads and drive sales.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, provide sales enablement materials, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
Track key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
Key Marketing Skills
Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social media, AI, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, journey mapping, and decision-making processes.
Skills/Qualifications Required
Business degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Ability to travel approximately 25% of time.
Familiarity in CRM/SFA software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
Preferred
B2B Marketing experience
