Role & Responsibilities The Senior Communications Associate will manage media relationships, execute PR campaigns, and ensure a positive brand image across media channels.
Media Relations: Create press releases, blog posts, and social media content; monitor industry trends and competitor activity; respond to media inquiries.
Employee Storytelling: Highlight employee achievements and support internal and external initiatives that promote our brand and culture.
Vendor Management: Serve as the main contact for PR agencies and creative partners, ensuring consistent voice across all channels.
Marketing Collaboration: Align external communications with company messaging and brand standards; coordinate PR strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
4+ years in marketing, PR, or corporate communications, preferably within financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Communications.
Strong understanding of financial services; experience in fixed‑income is a plus.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across business lines and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for company culture and employee experience.
Creative problem‑solving and process management capabilities.
Strong copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Digital content management experience; design skills welcome.
Prior knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary: $110,000‑$140,000 USD, plus annual incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
