The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton is looking for their next Marketing Manager. This iconic resort offers 1,000 guest rooms and 209,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, all set against stunning Atlantic and Intracoastal views. With dramatic pools, waterfront ballrooms, world‑class dining, a luxurious spa, and expert event services, it’s the perfect backdrop for unforgettable stays and gatherings of any size.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality or a lifestyle brand, though this is not required. Bring strong digital marketing expertise, including e‑commerce and social media, and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CRM systems. The role requires a solid understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and KPI optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments to drive results.

Shift Pattern Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) and create engaging content aligned with brand standards.

Design and produce marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Suite.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure campaign success.

Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and social posts to drive engagement and conversions.

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta tools, and CRM platforms; report on KPIs and optimize strategies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales and Revenue Management to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Generate monthly marketing reports and deliver insights to leadership for decision‑making.

Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all channels.

Balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Apply data‑driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign performance.
