Description We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Services Manager to lead and inspire our creative design team in Edwardsville, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality visual content while ensuring projects meet branding and design standards. This position requires a strong background in graphic design, creative direction, and expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the creative design group, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines. Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration across projects. Develop innovative design concepts and strategies to meet the needs of various marketing campaigns. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Illustrator, to produce compelling visual assets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective design solutions. Ensure all creative outputs adhere to quality standards and align with the overall branding strategy. Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and resource constraints. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance the creative process. Present design concepts and campaigns to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in a Creative Services Manager or similar role, leading design teams and projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise. Solid understanding of graphic design principles and branding strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals. Strong project management abilities, including handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders. Knowledge of current design trends, tools, and best practices in the creative industry. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
