What you'll do:
- Lead and participate in visual concepting and design for integrated campaigns - balancing art, storytelling and strategy to drive culture and client growth.
- Champion AI-integrated creative workflows, using emerging tools to accelerate ideation, exploration and execution without losing human touch.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists and producers to deliver high-caliber, insight-driven work that inspires and performs.
- Mentor and grow designers and art directors - nurturing creative curiosity, craftsmanship and confidence.
- Partner with the Creative Director to evolve our creative practice and shape a clear creative vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Present creative work with charisma and clarity, helping clients feel the power of great ideas.
- Balance hands-on execution with leadership - from concepting campaign platforms to art directing shoots to refining the final layout.
- Stay curious - spotting design, technology and cultural trends that can elevate our work and our clients' brands.
- Experience doing concepting, art direction and design at a high level, preferably in a creative agency (8+ years ideal).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptually bold, visually exceptional and strategically grounded work across digital, motion, social and experiential.
- Passion for AI, design innovation and hybrid storytelling - and curiosity about what's next in creative technology.
- Natural leadership presence and empathy - you know how to inspire others and build trust.
- Proven experience mentoring talent and shaping team culture.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, you can make clients feel the work.
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset - you love solving problems with creative and strategic partners.
- Desire to grow into a Creative Director role and help shape the future of the agency.
- Experience directing shoots, animation and motion design.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Sora, Adobe Max, Runway, etc.) or generative design in your creative process.
- Strong grasp of integrated brand systems and campaign storytelling.
- A point of view on where creativity and technology meet - and the courage to test it.
